He is survived by: his wife Joann White; his daughter Kristin Sprague-Leonard; his son-in-law Ben Leonard of Bedford; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Morgan Sprague of Port Royal, Kentucky; his brother Jeffrey Sprague of Elyria, Ohio; his brother-in-law Billy White of Ashland, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Kaylanie of Bedford and Sebastian Walter of Bedford. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Church or Remnant Baptist Church.
