He is survived by: his children, Kevin Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana and Peggy Smith (Andre Hayden) of LaGrange; his siblings, Lewis Durrett, Jr. (Tabitha) of Wellford, Martha Hayden (Arthur) of Louisville, Mary L. Durrett of Louisville, Hazel C. Durrett of Campbellsburg, Raymond "Dude" Durrett (Pam) of Campbellsburg, Dwaine "Sye" Durrett of Campbellsburg, Evelyn Durrett of Campbellsburg and Dennis; his sister-in-law Claudette Durrett of Bedford, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Desmond, Tyana and Tymarius "Pooh" Smith.
