He was predeceased by: his father Charles D. Sr. West. He is survived by: his mother Daisy Hicks West; his wife Elizabeth "Libby" K. Perkins; his sons, Charles West, III (Kayla) of Louisville and Steven West of Carrollton; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Bowen (Shawn) of Sanders, Melissa Anderson of Carrollton and Marry Anderson (Justin Garrett) of Bedford; and his sisters, Anita (Deon Maiden) and Gloria (Chris Wrenn). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
