It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Eugene Moore of Bedford, Kentucky, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Billy Eugene leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Moore and Martha Horton (Jennings); his brother Dallas; his sister-in-law Regina Moore; and his sister Linda Durham.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Meredith; and his children, Kim Walls (Patrick) of New Castle, Marcie Ely of Pendleton, Kentucky, Josh Moore of Bedford and Matthew Moore of Bedford. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Home - Bedford (441 US-42, Bedford, KY 40006). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
