He is survived by: his children, Bobby G. Temple (Kimberly) of Bedford, KY, Patricia "Trish" Jones (Mark) of Milton, KY, William "Bill" C. Temple (Tammy) of Milton, KY, Michael E. Temple of Milton, KY and Alvin D. Temple of Bedford, KY; and his sister Nancy Temple of Milton, KY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
