He was predeceased by: his parents, William Reece and Susie Reece (Watts); and his siblings, Rose Harris, Alvie Shaffer, Eveylee Adkins, Calvin Reece and Melvin Reece.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Faye Reece; his children, Charlene Reece (Tony Cummings) and Alvin Ray Reece; his granddaughter Marie Elizabeth Cummings; and his siblings, Algin Reece (Margaret), Dexter Reece (Barbara), Leonard Reece (Mary Genean), Louis Reece, Oda Marcum (Dennis), Mary Charles (Roy), Tena Workman, Mildred Davis, Annie Ball, Irma Hardin (Gary) and Jane Evancho (Chuck).
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions all services are private and he will be laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
