She is survived by: her husband Alvin Lee Sullivan, Sr.; her daughter Agina; her son-in-law Ralph Hance of Madison, Indiana; her son Alvin L. Sullivan, Jr. of Bedford; her brother Carroll; and her sister-in-law Donna Skirvin of Georgetown, Kentucky. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
