Though Sandy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Eugene Flannery and Dona Hall Flannery; and her brother Udale Flannery. She is survived by: her husband Ken Tackett; and her siblings, Jimmy Flannery (Lois) of Harold, Kentucky, Jerry Flannery (Jennifer) of Harold, Kentucky and Betty Compton (Freddy) of Allen, Kentucky.
