He is survived by: his father Ronnie Hall of Teaberry; his sons, Cashton Nathaniel Tackett of Prestonsburg and Caylyn Patrick Tackett of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Tiffany M. Tackett of Beaver, Toni A. Bishop of Beaver and Bronson B. Bishop of Beaver; and his aunts and uncles, Gary Tackett of Beaver, Larry Tackett (Amanda) of Beaver, Mark Tackett of Beaver, Mary Vance (Randy) of Beaver and Susan Reed (David) of Beaver.
In Lieu of Flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Nelson Frazier Funeral Home to Help with Expenses.
