He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Linda Newsome; and his siblings, James Arthur Tackett, Yvonne Renfro and Nancy Hall. He is survived by: his sons, Clines Newsome Jr. (Teresa) of Gilmer County, Delbert McArthur Newsome of Green Springs, Paul Newsome (Tammy) of Holbrook and Noah Newsome (Melinda); and his sisters, Sherly Ann Fogle of Price and Laura Mae Johnson of Teaberry. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Step Great Grandchildren.
