She is survived by: her former husband Glen Dale Osborne; her daughters, Victoria Tackett (John Michael) of Beaver, Kentucky and Amanda Sturgill of Beaver, Kentucky; her siblings, Earl Dean Hall of Teaberry, Archie Lee Hall of Teaberry and Martha Collins (Anthony) of Letcher County, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Barrett, Bre, Baylee, Benny, Reggie, Hunter and Emilynn; and her nephew Eric.
