He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Otto Kelley (Cindie) of Beaver Dam and Debbie Walker (Greg) of Louisville; his siblings, Bobby Kelley of Morgantown, Elmer B. Kelley of Horse Branch and Wanda Arnold of Louisville; and his grandchildren, April Kelley, Laura Kelley, Jimmie Kelley, Keira Kelley, Amanda Wilson, Misty Duff (Joshua) and Billy Otto Walker.
