He is survived by: his children, Barbara "Bobbie" Lowe of Beaver Dam and Charles Edward "Eddie" Blanchard (Rita) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lowe (Cindy Dorer), David Lowe (Annmarie), Matthew Lowe (Holly), Lori Yates (Howard) and John Blanchard; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Zuri, Akili and Benjamin; and his siblings, Christine Sauer of Owensboro, Randall Blanchard of Sonora and Glenn Blanchard (Theresa) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee..
