He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gillim of Beaver Dam; his children, Tommy Slusher (Cheryl) of Louisville, David Slusher (Denise) of Louisville, Mary Phillips (Russell) of Louisville and Robyn Cannon (Mark) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Michelle, Misty, Terry, Jr., Jason, Amy and Robert; and his siblings, Glendon (Janet), Remona, Mary Sue, Donitta, Judy and Linda. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
