He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Case and Myrtle Merritt Case; and his sisters, Jo Anne and Mary Jo. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Case of Beaver Dam; his sons, Brent Case of Terre Haute, IN and Bryan Case (Jean) of Terre Haute, IN; his stepchildren, Michael Felty of Bowling Green, KY and Sara Autry of Hartford, KY; his grandchildren, Dakota, Dalton, Cheyanne, Dylan, Colton, Shyla and Hallie; and his great grandchild Willow.
