He is survived by: his wife Hazel Gidcumb Miller of Beaver Dam, KY; his daughters, Donna Kay White (Gare) of Provo, KY, Teresa Pierce (Steve) of Morgantown, KY and Cindy Cockerel (Darrin) of Caneyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Neidra, David, Brian, Dakota, Melinda and Dillon. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
