He was predeceased by: his parents, Urey Rowe and Amanda Wade Rowe; and his siblings, Mary Rowe, Archie Rowe, Lois Rowe, Bonnie Payton, Hazel Stevens, Verna Hurchick, Roy Rowe, James Rowe and Doris Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla June Gatewood Rowe of Beaver Dam; his children, Mark Rowe (Petice) of Bowling Green, Rena Rowe of Parker, Camilla Leigh (Ryan) of Spring Hill, Patrick Rowe (Annette) of Beaver Dam and Leah Rowe of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren, Jared Wooldridge, Elise Wooldridge, Thomas Rowe, Douglas Rowe (Ryley) and Katherine Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Archie Rowe, Willis Rowe, Amos Rowe and Truett Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
