He is survived by: his children, Christopher Paul Fields (Latonya) of Morgantown, KY, Barbara Michelle Fields of Morgantown, KY, Robin Lynn Renfrow (Yewell) of Morgantown, KY, Tammy Ulisa Fields, Uliss Paul Fields Jr. (Kimberly) of Morgantown, KY and Melody Renee Halouchits (Dzianis) of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
