He is survived by: his wife Tammy Maggard of Beaver Dam; his son Kenneth Wayne Kellems of Odessa, Texas; his stepchildren, Brent Wortham (Carrissa) of Beaver Dam, Tiffany McCreary of Beaver Dam and Tina Fulkerson (Brandon) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Chamler, Brayden, Parker, Collin, Kynlee and Avaleigh; and his siblings, Johnny Maggard of Beaver Dam, Lonnie Maggard of Beaver Dam, Stephanie Sanford of Beaver Dam, Carol Fille of Cincinnati and Joyce Branning of Cincinnati.
