He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Wayne and Lizzy Claris Frances Burden. He is survived by: his daughter Tosha Gillette of Calhoun; his stepdaughters, Amber Tichenor of Beaver Dam, Andrea Tichenor of Beaver Dam and Autumn Tichenor of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Terry Burden (Kim) of Horsebranch, Shela Murphy (Chris) of Horsebranch, Lisa Stone (Chris) of Horsebranch and Donna Burden (Wesley Johnson) of Greenville; his half-sister Amanda Roach of Owensboro; and his stepbrothers, Guyman and Russell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
