He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Loney and Betty Park Loney; and his sister Martha Allen. He is survived by: his children, Thomas N. Loney II (Laura) and Melissa Kobylinski (Rob); and his siblings, Patricia Renfrow, Michael Loney (Shiela), John Loney, Tim Loney (Lori) and Mark Loney (Michelle). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
