She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Thurston Abney and John Wendell Abshier; and her brothers, Bill, Arvel and Dewey Burden.
She is survived by: her daughter Vel Lovins of Zephyrhills, FL.; her grandchildren, Bill Lovins (Sandy) of Tampa, FL., Brian Lovins (Kim) of Calif, Brett Lovins (Cindy) of Beaver Dam, KY. and Lynn Lovins (Rick Hollwell) of Calif; and her sisters, Joann Rose of Bartow, FL., Pat Atchison (Roger) of Rockport, Jean Cain of Sebring, FL. and Clydean Gish (Danny) of Sebring, FL.. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
