She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Ashburn (Greg) of Owensboro and Fran Blacklock (Mike) of Cromwell; her daughter-in-law Gail Duncan of Evansville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Leslie Humphrey (Chris), Macey Peerman, Phillip Allen Duncan, Micaiah Ballard (Ben), Jared Blacklock and Joey Blacklock (Sarah); and her siblings, Udell Lacefield of Oklahoma, Dorene Austin of Indiana and Joyce White (Jewel) of Tennessee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
