She is survived by: her husband Kenny Smith Jr. of Beaver Dam; her children, Haley Smith of Beaver Dam and Zach Smith (Hailey) of Rockport, Kentucky; her sisters, Tina Schroader (Dale) of Horse Branch and Crystie Stauss (Kevin) of Franklin, Tennessee; and her sisters-in-law, Kim Fulkerson of McHenry and Kris Lutz of Nashville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
