She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Willoughby and Anna Bradshaw Willoughby; and her siblings, Hilward C. Willoughby, Patsy Jean Jones, Stella Myrtle Dearinger, John Allen Willoughby, Jerry Wayne Willoughby, Joyce Elaine Willoughby and Anna Mae Dearinger.
She is survived by: her children, John Wayne Willis (Carol) of Beaver Dam, KY, David Eugene Willis (Vickie) of Hartford, KY, Renee Willis Haywood of Hartford, KY, Carol Ann Willis Smith (Maynard), Vincent Willis of Roundhill, KY, Danny Taylor Calloway (Bobbie Jo) of Beaver Dam, KY and Donna Sue Calloway of Beaver Dam, KY; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Willoughby, Glenda Lucille Calloway, Dona Faye Mills, Dora Francis Clark and Joan.
