Givens of McHenry, Rachel A. Givens of Madisonville, David Myers (Wendy) of Navarre, Dale Guffy (Kelly) of Owensboro, Chris Myers of Louisville and Mark Poteet of Bowling Green. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
