She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Smith and Jeanette Brown Smith; her siblings, John Smith, Paxton Smith, Ruby Kuykendall, Virginia "Jenny" Fernandez, Dona Embry and Helen Johnson; her grandson Casey Osborne; and her daughter-in-law Vicki Osborne.
She is survived by: her close friend Raymond Fulkerson of Beaver Dam; her children, Jason Osborne (Michelle) of Hartford, David Osborne (Delia) of Beaver Dam, Joey Osborne (Jenny) of Philpot and Amanda Lindsey (Nathan) of Owensboro; and her sister Martha Raley of Beaver Dam. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
