She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carson and Prudie Mae Evans Autry; her husband Randall G. Pugh; and her siblings, Henry Carson Autry, Jr., Oscar Kenneth, Millard Owen, Ricky Leon, Johnny, Donna Mae, Mary Ruth, Anna Marie and Bonnie Gaynell.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey R. Pugh (Phyllis) and Jason D. Pugh; her grandsons, Jakeb and Chase; and her sisters, Barbara Carol Downey and Shirley Rose Autry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
