She was predeceased by: her father James Anderson; her husband Harold David Kuykendall; and her brother Billy Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Gerald David Kuykendall (Andrea) of Greendale, Philip Alan Kuykendall (Wilma) of Lexington, Kentucky and Becky Miller (Andrew) of Gwinn, Michigan; her grandchildren, Michael Kuykendall (Cid), Jonathon Kuykendall (Lynn), Jesse Kuykendall (Molly), Rachel Farmer (Collin), Heather Durr (Steve), Melanie Olson (Jeffery) and Erin Chase (Justin); her great grandchildren, Isabella Kuykendall, Jaxon Kuykendall, Cole Kuykendall, Wendy Kuykendall, Millie Olsen, Alyssa Olsen, Riley Durr and Amelia Chase; and her siblings, Jimmy Anderson (Ruby) of Chicago, Illinois and Edna Lee McKinney of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
