He is survived by: his wife Sara Autry Pugh; his sons, Jeffrey Pugh (Phyllis) of Beaver Dam and Jason Pugh (Leslie) of Beaver Dam; his grandsons, Jakeb Pugh Duncan and Chase Pugh; and his siblings, Doug Pugh (JoAnn) of Winchester, KY, Judy Murphy of Wellington, KY and Stella Bishop (Fred) of Borden, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
