He is survived by: his children, Terry Jackson Boone (Patricia) of Cookeville and Sandy Fulkerson (Terry) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Jonathon Fulkerson, Terra Hollingsworth, Matthew Boone and Lance Boone; his great grandchildren, Sylar, Koraline, Samuel and Jude; and his mother-in-law Rava Lindsey. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
