She is survived by: her children, William Haydu (Susan) of New Tazewell, TN and Patricia "Patti" Johnson (Scott) of Beaver Dam; her granddaughters, Kimberly, Jessica, Katie and Melissa; and her friend Cynthia. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
