She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Bell and Rhoda Jane Nugent Bell; her husband Kelvin Tomes; and her son David Scott Tomes. She is survived by: her son Kelvin Laron Tomes (Phyllis) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Martin Tomes, Jessica Renee Tomes Moore, Amanda Jewell Tomes and Joshua Watson; her great grandchildren, Talon Wade Moore and Josie Paige Moore; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Tomes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
