He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Southard Francis; his daughter Debbie Stofer (John) of Beaver Dam; his grandson Joshua Allen Stofer (Mindy) of Centertown; his great grandchild Jayden Ann Stofer of Centertown; and his siblings, Kendall Francis (Faye), Jerry Francis (Linda), Donnie Francis (Janice), Willis Blanchard, Randall Blanchard, Glenn Blanchard (Teresa), Gean Evans (Jimmy) and Christine Sauer. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
