She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bray and Anna Mae Moore Bray; her aunt Matilda Vay; her uncle Vernie LeGrand; her brother Donald; her siblings-in-law, Beulah Bray and Wendell McCormick; and her grandson Johnny Ray Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Fredric C. McQuady of Beaver Dam; her children, Diana McQuady of Bowling Green, Fred McQuady (Dale) of Lexington, Brenda Smith (Paul) of Baizetown and Sherry McQuady of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Jimmy Smith, Jamey Smith, Travis McQuady (Barbara), Aaron McQuady (Katie) and Elise McQuady; her sister Winnie McCormick of Beaver Dam; and her siblings-in-law, David and Linda McQuady of Cromwell. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
