She is survived by: her husband Kermit "Sonny" Cook, Jr. of Beaver Dam; her children, Vickie Miller of Pellville and Mark Allen (Freda) of Olaton; her stepson Josh Cook of Hartford; her daughter-in-law Sherry Allen of Horse Branch; her sisters, Billie Jean Smith (Dwight) of Hartford and Lorena May "Tooter" King (Carl) of Caneyville; her grandchildren, Jamie Allen, Jarod Allen (Tara), Crystal Allen, Josh Allen (Sarah), Travis Woosley (Dawn), Joey Allen, Justin Woosley (Matthew), Dustin Allen (Estella) and Colten Allen (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor, Aaron, Tyler, Madison, Lyric, Austin, Dylan, Dalton, Brayden, Paxton, Lily, Addison, Braelyn, Gabriel, MaKenna, Kaitlyn, Wyatt, Reagan, Riley, Trinity, Avery, Isaac, Abigail and Travis; and her great great grandchildren, Izzabella and Paizley.
