Leona Willoughby Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leona Willoughby (Beaver Dam, Kentucky), who passed away on July 29, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Shephard and Winona Taylor Shephard. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Lee Willoughby; her son Paul Willoughby; her brother Ralph Shephard; her daughter Patricia Seifert (Harry); her grandchildren, Russell Seifert, Jessica Seifert and Jared Taylor; her siblings, Eddie Shephard (Pat) and Betty Fulton; and her sister-in-law Sheryl Shephard.

The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
