He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wallace and Lillian Wilson Wallace; his wife Vonnie Gilstrap Wallace; and his brothers, Gilbert Wallace and Arvin Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Melton (Roger) of Beaver Dam, Karen Haven (Roy) of Castation Springs, TN, Anita Clouse (Dan) of Cynthiana, Larry Wallace (Wendy) of Evansville, IN and Stephen Wallace (Jessica) of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Lois Buck of Beechmont, Harold Wallace (Sue) of Beaver Dam, O. D. Wallace of Beaver Dam and Norman Wallace (Patsy) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Jonathan Wallace (Suzanne), Joshua Melton, Matthew Clouse, Simon Clouse (Brittany), Jacob Haven, Dakota Wallace, Shyanna Wallace, Tyanna Wallace, Hayden Wallace and Kaleb Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Preston, Henry Wallace and Peyton Clouse.
