He is survived by: his wife Samantha; his children, Josslyn, Khloe and Henry; his parents, David Allen and Kathy Allen; his brothers, Michael Allen and John Allen (Samantha); his brother-in-law Nick Belhasen; and his nieces and nephews, Grayson, Aiden Belhasen, Mark Allen, Faith, Macy Jo and Ruby Allen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
