He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Morphew and Trudy Morphew (Ditmore) of Cromwell; his wife Tracey Morphew (Mattox); his sisters, Kathy Morphew Baize (Claud) of Cromwell and Kelly Morphew Poole of Beaver Dam; his nieces and nephews, Kellen Gidcumb (Erica) of Morgantown, Logan Baize of Cromwell, Brooke Baize Phillips (Jesse) of Masonville and Caitlyn Poole of Beaver Dam; his uncle Ray Morphew of Missouri; his great-nephews, Tyler and Jarrett Gidcumb of Beaver Dam; his sister-in-law Lesa Fuqua (Jeff); his niece Aletha; and his nephews, John and Will Fuqua of Fordsville.
