She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith of Baizetown; her children, Marian Taylor (Alan) of Echols, Tom Smith (Amanda) of Baizetown and Robert Smith (Sarah) of Baizetown; her grandchildren, Austin Taylor, TJ Smith, Crystal Taylor, Merideth Smith and Lily Smith; and her siblings, Geneva Scott of Shepherdsville, Wendell Baize of Louisville, Betty Dotson of Bowling Green, Martine Maiden of Hartford and Darlene Phelps of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
