She was predeceased by: her parents, John Talbert and Anna Eufalla Bradshaw Willoughby; her daughter Bonnie Elaine Willoughby; and her siblings, Stella Myrtle Dearinger, Patsy Jean Jones, Anna Mae Dearinger, H. C., Jerry Wayne and John Alan Willoughby.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dona Faye Mills, Sue Carroll Havens, Juanita Strieff, Glenda Lucille Calloway, Dora Francis Clark, Joan Collard and Robert Thomas Willoughby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
All those who wish to honor and remember Joyce Elaine Willoughby in person at the funeral home are required to wear a mask or approved face covering while in the funeral home.
