He is survived by: his son Steven R. Dowell (Teresa) of Owensboro; his brother Mike Dowell (Charlene) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Lauren Andrews (Anthony), Elizabeth Hodskins (Kaylie), Alex Hodskins (Melanie), Kevin Hodskins (Alexis) and Jessica Rupert; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Ava, McKenzie, Greyson, Charlotte, Cali, Jefferson, Cloud, Finley, Kevin, Valerie and Violet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
