With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Eugene Keener of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dana and Betty Jo Berry Keener; and his sisters, Shawana Pillow and Barbara Hamilton. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Keener (Kayla Bailey), Pamela Probus (Joshua) and Jennifer Keener (Gilbert Stewart); his siblings, Dale Keener (Donna), Johnnie Keener (Debra), Scoria Hamilton (Scottie), Laura Jones (Arvin), Dana Howard (Wendell) and Retha Butterworth; his grandchildren, Katelyn Newman (Preston), Shelby Probus, Joshua Probus, Raven Marlow (Dylan), Sky Embry (Trent), Logan Willis, Weston Spencer, Annabelle Bailey and Jake Toomey; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Newman, Remington Newman, Payton Willis, Molley McCormick, Jacelyn Casteel, Zaiden Roebke and Jessie Keener.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
