He is survived by: his wife Sue Bailey Wallace of Beaver Dam; his daughters, Martha Ingersol (Walley) of California and Lois Wortham (Mark) of Centertown; and his stepchildren, Tamara O'Neal (Steven) of Rhode Island, Tony Blanchard (Vanessa) of Olaton and Katherine Blanchard (Marshall) of Olaton.
