He is survived by: his daughter Caitlyn Westerfield of North Port; his granddaughter Mariana Cintron; his son Samuel David White of Owensboro; his sisters, Tammy Westerfield of Beaver Dam and Tracye Westerfield of Hartford; his nephews, Nathan Ballard, Aidan Westerfield, Noah Westerfield, Alex Renfrow, Lona Dickenson and Carter Westerfield; and his niece Christine Fletcher.
