She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Elmer Fountain and Minnie Merle Edwards Fountain; and her husband Julian R. Noe. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Noe of Beaver Dam, Rose Heflin (Donald) of Olaton, Franny Miller of Morgantown, Leeno Wilson (John) of West Linn and Patricia Turner of Cheyenne, Wyoming. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two brothers and five sisters.
