She was predeceased by: her father William Lee; her husband Cecil Fulton; and her daughter Beverly Dean Shoopman. She is survived by: her daughter Shelia Jean Phelps of Beaver Dam; her grandson Shawn Phelps (Ana Feliciano) of Houston, Texas; and her siblings, Tommy Lee of Louisville and Billie Jean Truelove of Morgantown.
