He was predeceased by: his parents, Napoleon Napier and Edith Smith Napier. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Combs Napier of Beaver Dam; and his grandchildren, Tori Burden, Colton Burden, Garrett Quinn and Hunter Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
