He is survived by: his wife Cathy Garner of Beaver Dam; his children, Richard Garner (Diana) of Hartford, Raleigh Garner (Chanda) of Beaver Dam and Kat Billiter (Lee) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Randy Norris, Dalton Garner, Serenity Garner, Alora Glenn, Gideon Glenn, Allen Billiter, Angel Billiter and Whitney Billiter; and his great grandchildren, Jayde and Harley Rayne Billiter.
